     For many years,  Mr. Juneau participated in many Houston area leagues prior to the creation of the

X-treme Flag Football League. During his playing days, he noted that player activity was largely unmonitored by league officials due to the abundance of fighting and foul language.  Mr. Juneau felt he, along with his partners, could run a more organized league that would provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment for adult flag football play.  Mr. Juneau is widely known as a team manager of the Houston Jaguars flag football team.  His responsibilities included calling his players, communicating with league officials, scheduling practices, and entering statewide tournaments.

As a former wide receiver for Rice University, Mr. Yeldell has always been around the sport of football. He began his flag football career with a team named Run-N-Shoot where he met Mr. Juneau.  After a few seasons, Mr. Yeldell joined the Houston Jaguars. Mr. Yeldell is currently a wide receiver for the Jaguars, but can play any position.  On any given Sunday, he could be playing quarterback, linebacker, or even center. Mr. Yeldell prides himself on his athleticism and quick thinking on the field.

For many  seasons, Mr. Delao has been involved in several area leagues in and around the Houston area. He spent 2 seasons playing with a team named Run-N-Shoot where he also met Mr. Juneau.  Mr. Delao is widely known as team manager and player of the Houston Diablo Demons flag football team. His responsibilities include contacting his players on game schedules and team updates, communicating with league officials, updating their team website and entering the team in various tournaments. Mr. Delao prides himself on sharing his knowledge of the game to teams and individual players in a positive manner.
