What is the XFFL?

The X-treme Flag Football League (XFFL) was formed in 2002 for the purpose of providing a year-round, organized 8-on-8 semi-contact flag football league for adults. The XFFL is a family-oriented organization committed to providing the Houston area with quality flag football play, while also providing an atmosphere where players can bring their entire family for fun, great competition, and excitement.Â

The XFFL is strongly committed to improving the community around which it operates.  In September 2002, the XFFL moved from its original home at Piney Point Elementary in order to move to three fields.Â

The most important part of the XFFL is its players and the league is committed to putting them first. Although its players are separated into team, the league provides an atmosphere for players to compete fairly and promote good sportsmanship.
